Sale of Alcohol to Minors
In compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, we cannot sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. It is both illegal and against our policy for anyone under 18 to purchase alcohol from us or to falsify their details to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Pricing Information
All prices on our website are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Minimum Order Quantity
All wines must be ordered in quantities of 6 or 12 bottles.
Spirits/liqueurs must be ordered in quantities of 3 bottles or more.

Freight Costs
Our standard shipping cost is $12.00 per order for deliveries to residential and commercial addresses across New Zealand's North and South Islands. Rural deliveries incur an additional $10.00 fee per order.

We currently do not offer delivery services outside of mainland New Zealand (e.g., Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island). For delivery to these locations, please contact our team to make special arrangements.

Product and Packing Guarantees
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will replace any unopened bottles with an alternative product or issue a credit to your account upon receipt of the returned items. Please note that if the return is due to a change of mind or an error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In cases where your delivery is damaged during transit, we will replace the items. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Similarly, if there are packing errors, report them within 48 hours for us to rectify the issue.

Insurance Coverage
Our insurance covers products only up to the point of delivery to your address. We are not liable for any damage or theft of goods occurring after the delivery has been completed.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our emails and website may include promotional offers and provide options to purchase products online. You can opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our communications. For more details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Pricing Accuracy
We strive to display accurate prices on our website. However, if a price is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right not to process your order at that incorrect price. If an item you ordered has an incorrect price, we will contact you to offer the option to pay the correct price or cancel your order.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return products under the conditions outlined in our Product and Packing Guarantee.
