These terms and conditions are intended to keep Ginny’s a safe and secure place to buy alcohol online. By using our site, you agree to the following terms, which were last updated on 13/09/2024.

Supply of Liquor to Minors
Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to purchase alcohol from us if you are under the age of 18, and falsifying your details to obtain alcohol is also prohibited.

Ginny’s reserves the right to request additional identification to verify age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on the Ginny’s website include GST and are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all prices are displayed correctly on our website. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order or correct the price and give you the option to proceed with the purchase or cancel it.

Minimum Order Quantity
All wines must be ordered in quantities of 6 or 12 bottles.
Spirits/liqueurs must be ordered in quantities of 3 bottles or more.

Freight Costs
Our standard shipping cost is $12.00 per order for deliveries to residential and commercial addresses across New Zealand's North and South Islands. Rural deliveries incur an additional $10.00 fee per order.

We currently do not offer delivery services outside of mainland New Zealand (e.g., Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island). For delivery to these locations, please contact our team to make special arrangements.

Product and Packing Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace any unopened bottles or offer store credit upon return of the items. If the error is on the customer's end or due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged products or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will replace or rectify any damage or packing errors at no cost to you.

Please note: We can only insure your order up until delivery. If you request that your order be left without a signature and it is damaged or stolen after delivery, you will not be covered.

Insurance
All products are insured up until the point of delivery. After the order is delivered, Ginny’s is not liable for any damages or theft.

Privacy Statement
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Ginny’s emails and this website include special offers and allow you to purchase products online. You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time by following the link at the bottom of our emails. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Confirmation of ID
For security reasons, Ginny’s may request proof of identification or payment method verification to prevent fraud. This information is kept confidential. If you are uncomfortable providing this, we will cancel and refund your order in full.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed on the Ginny’s website, it is final and cannot be cancelled. However, you may return products according to our Product and Packing Guarantee.
