New Zealand makes some of the world's finest Pinot Noir. Sandymount Distillery asked a simple question: what happens when you take that wine and distil it into brandy? The answer is in this bottle — and it's extraordinary.

Starting with premium South Island Pinot Noir and matured through a traditional solera system in seasoned Central Otago Pinot Noir barrels, every step of this process is a celebration of New Zealand's wine heritage transformed into something entirely its own. Distilled in a copper pot still for maximum character and complexity.

The nose opens with stewed plum and sun-dried dates, layered with warm, buttery notes that draw you in. On the palate it's velvety and elegant — silky texture, gentle pepper, worn leather, and soft vanilla that lingers long on the finish. Deeply expressive, layered, and refined.

A brandy that honours the character of the wine it came from, and a genuine showcase of what New Zealand spirits can be. Sip it neat or over a single large ice cube.
